Shannon Jones, PCC, CMC

Shannon Jones is a business and leadership coach. As CEO of Papilio Coaching, a consulting and coaching firm in the Seattle area, she focuses her work on helping great marketers become great leaders. Shannon is passionate about enabling personal and organizational transformation and helping her clients be intentional about their own growth and the organizational culture they want to build. Her expertise lies in working with clients to uncover what makes them exceptional and directing their strengths and talents to lead with a sense of purpose, authenticity, openness, and trust.

Her more than 16 years of experience in leadership roles at Microsoft managing teams in product management, marketing and talent management in the US and Canada helps her apply relevant and real-world experiences in her coaching and workshops.

As a coach and consultant Shannon has worked with global clients from Microsoft, LinkedIn, Zillow, Lending Home, Yesler, HP Vulcan, Adobe, Roku, Skillsoft, Paypal, Gap/Old Navy, Sephora and others and has facilitated workshops on purposeful leadership, habits of great managers, leading through change and executive presence. Shannon is a PCC certified coach through ICF and a certified mentor coach of the International Coaching Federation, a certified 360Reach Analyst through Reach Branding and serves as a co-leader the ICF WA Eastside Satellite group. Shannon completed her coach training through Seattle Coach and her Mentor Coach through Invite Change.

Simon Geoghegan, CPCC

As a Team and Systems Coach, Simon specializes in supporting leaders, teams and organizations work through complexity so that they can be themselves, work as a healthy, conscious system and ultimately do their best work.

Beginning with a career at Microsoft, Simon held senior leadership roles and was a top-performing sales and marketing professional in technology and educational fields in the U.S., Canada and Japan before discovering his passion for coaching.

Today, Simon combines his wealth of corporate experience with an accomplished knowledge and passion for supporting groups and individuals, helping them achieve their best work. He enjoys the tough assignments other coaches avoid to help organizations recreate safe environments where teams are able to have candid conversations, so important for creating shared meaning and opening the way for progress.

Over the past decade plus, he has conducted thousands of workshops across many industries, including telecom finance, technology, pharma and professional services and has worked with a number of senior executive teams, including teams at Microsoft, Twitter, Canadian Blood Services, and Scotia Bank, as well as many leadership groups at medium sized organizations.

Simon is a member of the International Coaching Federation and trained as a leadership and systems coach with the Coaches Training Institute and the Center for Right Relationship. He is certified in many tools, including ‘Barrett’s Values Assessment’, Power and System’s, ‘Organization Workshop’ (by Oshry) and The Leadership Circle 360 Assessment. He holds a B.A. from Carleton University and studied Masters-level courses in Education through the University of Calgary.

At home, he is active in his community, passionate about many subjects, including adult development, technology and astronomy – and stays fit by trying to keep up with his 3 sons. His most recent adventure was riding an adventure motorbike through the Andes in Ecuador.

Karen Steckler, PCC, CMC

Three themes emerge from Karen’s career: creativity (thinking outside the box, problem solving), learning (curiosity always), and people (making connections, learning what makes them tick).

Leveraging these strengths as an ICF Certified Professional Coach (PCC) allows her to operate at and offer her very best to her clients, whether Karen working one-on-one, within a team, or integrating an entire organization.

When Karen is working with clients, they feel seen without judgment which allows an open exchange to naturally flow. Most importantly, the foundation of trust created allows her clients to step into the confidence and inspiration and take whatever steps are needed to show up more authentically, and more powerfully, in both work and life.

On and off the job, Karen is a lifelong learner.  Wherever her curiosity leads her - to a new book, a new hiking trail, or on new travels with her husband and Roxy the dog -she finds joy

Atika Scott de Martinville, PhD, PCC, CPCC

For the past 10 years Atika has helped hundreds of professionals on their leadership journey. Atika believes that leadership is an inside out topic, it starts with the self and expands in all areas of life. She works at all levels of the organizations (individual contributors, team managers, emerging leaders, senior leaders and executives) and has clients around the world. Whether it is about overcoming work challenges, managing major transitions or moving towards their next level of leadership, Atika is there to help her clients have more fulfillment and a greater impact on their teams and their organizations.

Atika grounds her work in a purposeful methodology and frameworks. Because of her wealth of knowledge and an amazing evidence-based toolbox of skills and resources, her clients get meaningful results. Clients leave sessions with clarity, a shift in their energy and being ready to take action with confidence. With time, her clients expand and strengthen their inner resources, increase self-trust, and develop new mental and emotional skills to face work and life challenges with more resilience, success and joy.

Atika has 17 years of professional experience in international and multicultural environments working with global organizations, leading teams and transformation projects in Finance, IT, HR and Operations.
